historic VW festival 2008

The Historic Volkswagen Club has its own informal gathering each Summer to share ideas and display our cars. This meet also doubles as the date and venue for the club's Annual General Meeting. The venue for 2008 was the RAF Museum at Cosford on the Shropshire Staffordshire border. By strange coincidence this was twenty two years to the day since we last gathered at this museum.

Thankfully after too many years of the misfortune of bad weather Sunday 18th May this year was very different. With the exception of the wind that always seems to blow across an airfield everything was beautiful.
